Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), QwertyPlayer, as data controller, processes your personal data as described below.
1. Data processed
Device ID, device model and type, operating system and app version, IP address, connection times; for users signing in with a provider code, username and the name of the content being watched; for users of Manage from phone, playlist name, server address, username and encrypted password/link.
2. Purposes
Providing and maintaining the service, delivering added playlists to the device, sending announcements and notifications, information security, abuse prevention and anonymous statistics.
3. Legal grounds
KVKK Art. 5/2-c (performance of a contract), 5/2-ç (legal obligation) and 5/2-f (legitimate interest).
4. Transfers
If you sign in with a provider code, your data may be transferred only to that provider and, where legally required, to competent authorities. Data is stored on our servers; infrastructure providers (hosting and content delivery network) may be located abroad.
5. Collection method
Data is collected electronically through the App's automatic connections to our server and through forms on the Site.
6. Your rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose of processing, know the recipients, request correction or deletion, object and claim compensation. Send your requests to [email protected].
