QwertyPlayer does not create user accounts. Data kept on our server is tied to your device and can be deleted as follows.
Playlists added from your phone
- Open Settings → Manage from phone on your TV.
- Scan the QR code or connect on this site with the device address and code.
- On the "My playlists" page, press the delete button next to the playlist. It is removed from our server immediately and permanently.
All records of your device
To delete all records of your device (device information, connection and usage records, added playlists), send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request" and include the device address (MAC) shown on your TV under Settings → Manage from phone. Your request will be completed within 30 days and we will confirm by email.
Data on your device
Watch history, favourites and settings are stored only on your device. They are deleted when you uninstall the App or clear the cache and watch history in Settings.
Data that may be retained
Records that must be kept by law may be retained for the required period. Anonymised aggregate statistics contain no personal data.
