By using the QwertyPlayer app (the "App") and qwertypro.xyz (the "Site") you agree to the following terms.
1. The service
QwertyPlayer is a media player that plays M3U and Xtream Codes playlists added by the user. QwertyPlayer does not provide, sell or host any streams, channels, movies, series, playlists or subscriptions.
2. Your responsibility
- You alone are responsible for ensuring that the playlists you add and the content you watch are legal and that you have the right to access them.
- You may not use the App to infringe copyright or for any unlawful purpose.
- You are responsible for keeping your account and playlist details confidential.
3. Providers
Some providers may give their customers a code to use in the App. These providers are independent of QwertyPlayer and are solely responsible for their content and services.
4. Intellectual property
The QwertyPlayer name, logo, app and site design and software belong to QwertyPlayer and may not be copied, modified or distributed without permission.
5. Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is". No guarantee is given regarding the quality, availability or content of streams from third-party servers. QwertyPlayer is not liable for damages arising from content added by users.
6. Restriction of service
Devices that violate these terms may have their access restricted without prior notice.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated; the current version is always available on this page.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
